Fish & Game Fun-Raiser, Wednesday, May 16th!
As we approach another Alaskan summer (finally!), what better way to celebrate than with a real All-Alaskan “fun-raiser” featuring the fish and game we all love!
Between knocking on doors, I’ve been at the smoker this week, making up a few batches of my famous smoked red salmon just for this event. There will be several different varieties, and I’ll even bring the recipe to share at the event.
Also on the menu is pepperoni-style moose sausage, cheeses, and other delicious treats. I hope you can come by for great conversation, good eatin’, and an update from the campaign trail!
